No. Every Peacock Signature Homes project begins with a detailed preliminary budget built on real subcontractor pricing, not rule-of-thumb estimates. That budget is tracked against actual costs throughout the build and updated with every draw package. You always know where you stand.

The pre-construction phase adds 3 to 6 months before ground breaks. We set a realistic schedule before the contract is signed and communicate any changes proactively throughout the build.
